Keepstock is not responsible for off-site content. Once a user clicks on a link that leaves the site, Keepstock cannot be held accountable for off site content.
Personal attacks, hate speech, discrimination, impersonation, threats, bullying, rumor-spreading, berating, or antagonizing others is not allowed. Users found to be engaging in targeting, harassment, drama, or other harmful activities may be banned from the site.
Keepstock cannot moderate offsite activities and is not responsible for harassment or other issues that take place off of the website.
English should be used in public areas of the site to allow for moderation.
Users may use other languages over private messages, bearing in mind that staff will not be able to read them when looking into issues such as scamming. Keepstock is not responsible for any issues that come up if transactions were made with correspondence in another language that staff are unable to interpret.
Interactions, pictures, and all other content should be kept appropriate for a PG-13 rating.
No sexual content, excessive violence, or extreme swearing is permitted.
Minimal swearing is permitted as long as it is not directed at a specific user.
Discussions of humane animal husbandry and meat production is allowed, but should not include graphic detail of breeding or processing (there are other groups for that).
Multiple account use is allowed on Keepstock and does not violate our Terms of Service unless multiple accounts are being used for the purpose of otherwise violating Terms of Service.
In the case of ToS violation, all associated accounts may be banned depending of the severity of the violation.
Keepstock does not allow posting or use of material without expressed, written permission from the copyright holder. This includes any photos found on Google, taken by other photographers, works of art, writing, code, or otherwise. Make sure to check whether material is copyrighted and fair use before posting.
This also includes use of materials from organizations such as the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA). ARBA's Standard of Perfection is copyrighted by law and should not be posted on the site, including the distribution of points for breeds.
Do not post private information about another user such as address, phone numbers, or other identifying information.
If a user is not looking for something (such as buying/selling, item, or other goods or services, including requests for friending), you may ask about it only once.
Repeated requests or attempts to bribe or pester a user over potential sales may result in warnings, silencing, or bans. This includes getting other users to ask on your behalf, or other means of soliciting on the chat other means of on-site contact.
Keepstock is not responsible for solicitations or other unwanted pestering that takes place offsite.
Keepstock is strictly an advertising platform that does not provide any additional services involving the sales of goods, services, or animals. Keepstock does not have any involvement in transactions, nor does the website claim to provide insurance of quality or safety.
Keepstock is not responsible for any interaction following advertising or offsite activity. This includes sales, correspondence, and transaction of any goods, services, or animals that takes place off of the website (such as using Paypal or exchanges of cash).
